Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Ukiyo Interior, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

• Interior design consultation
• Space planning and design
• Project execution and management
• Material procurement

3. Project Engagement

• Projects begin after signed agreement and advance payment
• Timelines are estimates and subject to change
• Client must provide site access as required

4. Payment Terms

• 50% advance on project confirmation
• 30% on design presentation approval
• 20% on project completion
• All prices in INR inclusive of GST where applicable

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs remain property of Ukiyo Interior until full payment
• Client grants permission to use project photos for portfolio

6. Limitation of Liability

Ukiyo Interior shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Ukiyo Interior has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
